📦 PREORDERS — WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
When you preorder a NomadWalke piece, you’re securing an exclusive item before it’s released.
We don’t mass-produce. Preorders help us stay lean, waste-free, and focused on detail.
First batch ships early July. You’ll be updated via email & Instagram when your order is on the move.
🚚 SHIPPING TIMELINE
- Orders ship within 48 hours.
- Orders will be delivered within 4-6 Business days, not inclusive of public holidays.
- Delivery may takes 7–9 business days, depending on your location.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept size exchanges only — no refunds.
If you receive the wrong size, we’ll fix it. No stress.
Return / Size exchanges requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with:
- Unboxing video OR
- Clear unboxing photos showing issue
